We hand select each teak lumber order to assure that our quality remains consistent and your specifications and requirements are met exactly.   ;Our Teak Inventory is available in kiln dried 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 8/4, 9/4 and 10/4, as well as, air dried 8/4 and teak beams. All lumber is rough sawn teak unless otherwise noted. |

Pricing
Our teak lumber is priced per board foot. One Board Foot equals 1" inch thick by 12" inches wide x 12" inches long. Example: Board 2" thick by 12" inches wide x 12' feet long would have (12 x 144 x 2)/144 = 24 board feet. ( L x W x Th /144 = Board footage). Minimum order is 250 board feet.
Orders of more than 1000 board foot are eligible for Wholesale pricing. Please contact us for more information on Wholesale pricing or other quantity discounts.

Our teak lumber pricing is updated regularly (last updated on 10/9/07). Grades: Select - clear both sides. #2 - clear one face, 2nd face with small sound knots and minimal sap. #3 - both faces with small sound knots, minimal sap. #4 - both faces with sound knots, sap and varied color.

Ordering Please place your order by phone so that we may assist you in purchasing the teak lumber that best suits your needs and acquire all necessary account and shipping information.
Payment All orders must be pre-paid by business check or certified/cashier’s check. We do not accept personal checks. Orders will be hand selected and ready for shipment within 10 business days. Payment by credit card is not available at this time.
Shipping Shipping costs will be added to your order and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipments are via common carrier, FOB North Berwick, Maine. Freight costs/shipping estimates will be quoted or other requested delivery arranged at the time of order.
Sales Tax All deliveries taken or shipped to locations within the State of Maine are subject to 5% Maine sales tax unless required Reseller Certification is provided.
Refunds or exchanges may be permitted for unmilled lumber within 30 days of purchase with authorization (NO EXCHANGES FOR MILLED LUMBER). Customers are responsible for the original freight. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY to any returned or cancelled order.
